Best Rooms: There are no buildings to obstruct the view from the north side of the building, where the best view of the mountains and desert can be seen from floors 10 - 31, facing E. Taylor St., from odd-numbered rooms *01 - *45 (e.g. 1003, 1725, 2909). The south side of the building facing E. Van Buren St. has nice views of the downtown area from even-numbered rooms *02 - *36 on floors 20 - 31 (e.g. 2006, 2312, 2736); this view is best when there's a Diamondbacks baseball game and you can see a great view of the fireworks show at night.
Best Rooms: Rooms on floors 13 - 18 overlooking E. Polk Street have the best unobstructed views of the Scottsdale Valley.

Best Rooms: The inward-facing rooms at Days Inn Phoenix offer a view of the pool and courtyard. Rooms facing outward have a view of the parking lot.
Best Rooms: Located in a residential neighborhood, La Quinta Inn Phoenix offers no real views because it's surrounded by the parking lot and other buildings.
