Best Rooms: Most of the rooms in this hotel let in lots of natural light, thanks to the extra windows, but the only view offered is of Lexington Avenue (which can be seen from rooms at the front of the hotel).
Best Rooms: Rooms face either Park Avenue or 61st Street; the former offers a better view. Most rooms on Park Avenue are the larger One Bedroom or Two Bedroom Suites. There are only a few standard rooms facing this street.
Best Rooms: The hotel offers a view of the Lexington Avenue from the rooms facing towards the east on floors 5 – 24.
Best Rooms: The hotel has both Park View and City View rooms. The Park View is requested more often and is nicer to have during the day, but the city lights make the City View rooms more desirable at night.
5 star hotel
Area: Midtown East
1.29 mi from Queensbridge Park
Best Rooms: Since the tower rooms start on floor 28, virtually every room has a good view of the city. However, the best views come from Luxury Suites located at the corners of the hotel, as these rooms have more expansive city views. Also, lots of guests tend to prefer rooms that face the East River; these rooms are available in almost every category.
Best Rooms: Deluxe rooms on a high floor that face 64th Street offer the best views, other than the suites, of course.
Best Rooms: The hotel is surrounded by high-rises, so there isn't much in the way of views. Rooms along the Lexington Avenue side will give you more of a city view, although it's partially blocked by another hotel.
