Our take on Georgetown Inn

Aptly named and located, The Georgetown Inn evokes the spirit and style of the famed Georgetown district itself. Known for chic dining, boutique shopping, history and charm, the hotel is located in the midst of it all. A glass and dark wood entry with gleaming hardwood floors presents itself to you on your arrival. A tailored European style in the guest rooms is befitting of the rich, textured fabrics, and dark wood furnishings. The Georgetown Suite includes fabulous neighborhood views, a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, super-sized closet and a full bath. The living space of the suite is roomy enough for an entertainment center and a large work desk. An on-site workout facility is available, but the Inn also offers free passes to a larger facility, just a few blocks away.

Insider Tips on the Best Rooms at this Hotel

Quiet Rooms

Rooms overlooking the parking lot are quietest, as they face away from the street. Wisconsin Ave. is particularly noisy on the weekends, as there are more people in the area.

Rooms with a View

Rooms facing Wisconsin Ave. and N St. offer views of the surrounding city. The view facing Wisconsin Ave. is preferred.

Oversized Rooms

Corner rooms are generally suites. Note that corner rooms ending in *03 (e.g. 203, 503) are larger than corner rooms ending in *10 (e.g. 410, 710).
