Our take on The Muse Hotel, a Kimpton Hotel

In Midtown Manhattan, The Muse Hotel is just a stanza from Times Square and the theaters of Broadway, and a high kick from Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center and sparkling Fifth Avenue shopping. A dual-sided fireplace adds to the warmth of the timeless lobby, while tufted headboards and distinctive detailed furniture give the guest rooms a contemporary feel, with a twist. Room amenities include Frette linens, feather beds, iHome docking station for your iPod or MP3 player, coffee or tea maker in the room (upon request) and an organic honor bar. Environmentally friendly practices carry throughout the hotel in its EarthCare program, which include eco-friendly bath amenities and cleaning products, and practices that include recycling, efficient lighting and water consumption. Poetry and inspiration adorn The Muse Hotel where you can allow your artful, harmonious (and eco-friendly) dreams to come true.

Insider Tips on the Best Rooms at this Hotel

Quiet Rooms

If you need a quieter room, request something in the back of the hotel away from 46th St., and above floor 14.

Rooms with a View

For those who like to have easy access to the elevator, floor 14 is the most convenient floor to stay on: there are two elevators -- one going from floors 2 - 14, and an express elevator going from 14 - 19. Views are hard to come by because the hotel is surrounded by taller buildings. That said, Premier Balcony rooms offer partial city views and are considered to be the best value for a room at this hotel.

Oversized Rooms

There are no rooms that offer extra square footage for their categories.
