Best Rooms: While water views aren't available, city views are, and you'll want to be in a two double bed room on floor 5 or 6 for the best vantage point.
Best Rooms: The best views of both Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline are offered from the Studio Corner Suites ending in *27 and *28, on floors 7 - 17 (e.g. 728, 1027, 1727). The next best views are of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier on floors 7 - 19, from even-numbered rooms ending in *02 - *28 (e.g. 702, 1216, 1824).
Best Rooms: At just 2 stories high and surrounded by the highway and streets, there are no real views. That said, some King room types may overlook the pool.
Best Rooms: Your best bet for a view is from a room facing the highway, because on clear days, you may be able to see Mt. Rainier. Floor 10 is the highest floor, but it's entirely encompassed by suites. If you can't swing for a suite, book a standard room and ask for the highway view.
