Call them superficial, but Los Angeles hotels care about their appearance. The city is home to some of the most gorgeous luxury hotels and stylish boutique hotels in the country. You’ll also discover that when it comes to inner beauty, hotels in Los Angeles have plenty in the form of comfort and first-class amenities. Convenience is another major perk that you’ll find in hotels near the airport, downtown and by the beach. So if you love the sunshine but hate the traffic, stay close to where you want to go and live it up in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Best Rooms: There aren't many views available, so your best option is to request a room facing the pool.

Best Rooms: The Junior, Executive and Deluxe Suites are located in the west wing of the hotel and offer nice views of the surrounding gardens.
Best Rooms: Rooms facing south will have views of the pool and the city.
Best Rooms: The west side of the hotel looks out onto a nearby shopping mall and office buildings. The lower floor rooms on the east side of the hotel don't have great views because the building in front of the hotel is of equal height. The top floors might have a view beyond that building to the rest of the city.

Best Rooms: The View King and View Queen rooms have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that give amazing views of West Hollywood. Be careful when booking a room with a "city view"; you'll get a great view on the higher floors (floors 10 and up), but on lower floors, you may have a view of the LED billboards. However, all rooms come equipped with black-out curtains to keep the LED billboard from bothering you.
