Room Concierge is a program available on all 4 and 5 star-rated Room 77 bookings, including both hotels and resorts worldwide. Additionally, those reservations that total $400 or greater across any star rating are also eligible for this service. We believe that the hotel experience is very much about the room itself, and that it can often make or break your vacation.
What does Room Concierge mean for you? We’ve done the homework on nearly 1 million rooms around the world so that our Room Concierge team can score you a great room! Our seasoned team of hotel aficionados work with hotels to secure the best room for you – talk about top-notch service!
Here’s how it works:
- After making your Room 77 reservation, note your primary preference on the Room Concierge form: View, Easy Access (Close to an Elevator) or Quiet
- Tell us any other special requests you’d like us to pass along to the hotel (Celebrating a birthday? Want Room Number 1201?).
- Use the “Floor Info” tab to help you scout out the best rooms.
